Payment - Every purchase you make at Trout-Books.com will be 100% safe.  You can use both Visa and Mastercard however, if you would prefer to use more traditional means, please feel free to phone, fax or post your order to us.

Privacy - We will never sell or exchange your personal information. We will never release personal information about you to anyone else.

Currency - All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). There are no extra charges or commission. This is converted to your local currency by your credit card issuer, NOT by us. Your card statement will show the NZ$ amount we debited and its equivalent in your local currency.

Right of Return - If you are unsatisfied because an item was damaged in shipment or an incorrect item was shipped, we can send a replacement. You must first contact us
